Business Users

Let us worry about your business’s printer needs, so you don’t have to!

The Cartridge Expert offers a range of products and services which can help your SME.

Our non- Original toners have been saving businesses in Lucan (and beyond) a small fortune since 2008. We are also specialists in printer hardware, and can offer you free advise on choosing the correct printer for your business. For the busy office we also offer a complete Managed Print service, which takes all the hassle out of managing a printer fleet. We also offer a stationery printing service on everything from business cards to flyers, as well as an in-house office service  for small printing or photocopying  jobs, faxing, emailing, scanning, laminating, binding and even photo printing.

How we’re different

  1. Our commitment to quality. At the cartridge expert, we understand the real cost of down-time. If a business customer uses one of our cartridges and has a problem, we most likely won’t be hearing from them again. For this reason, we mean it when we say we are 100% committed to quality.
  2. Our small size ensures a friendly, personal and knowledgeable service. We’re not a call centre attached to a warehouse in a remote location. We’re a specialized local retailer and we take pride in knowing our business and our customers. We’re small enough to care, but big enough to manage!
  3. Recycling of empties: As a courtesy to our loyal business customers, we offer to recycle their empty toner cartridges.
  4. Stock In-store: Unlike most retail chains, we keep stocks of laser cartridges on-site, meaning you can walk in and get what you need without waiting on delivery. For info on our range, click here.
  5. Credit: We offer credit terms to loyal business customers placing orders on a regular basis. You scratch our back, and we’ll scratch yours!
  6. Free advice on choosing a printer: We offer this without any pressure to buy from us. After all, you can always come back to us for your supplies, and who better than us to advise on machines that use the most cost efficient supplies?
